• I'm Lianne, a registered Kinesiologist and strength coach in Squamish, BC. I’ve been coaching since 2011!

I grew up in the Maritimes where I competed in Track & Field, Cross Country and Rowing. Since moving out West in 2017, my main pursuits have shifted towards splitboarding, mountaineering, climbing, biking and trail running. If you couldn’t tell already - I love movement and physical activity of all kinds and have dabbled in more sports than I can list here. One thing that is universal: strength training has been amazing for me to feel great picking up numerous sports, as well as overall health and wellness.

I have worked with elite athletes to toddlers. My clients have achieved amazing objectives with me as well as just feel better day to day. My style is educational, and I see strength as a life long journey. I guide you towards the aspirations you’ve always have had, while letting you raise the bar for yourself and what you are capable of. I am able to steer my clients in the right direction due to my formal education, over a decade of experience, deep rooted network with the health practitioner community, and numerous top-level industry certifications.

Aside from strength training, I am a Track & Field coach for S2S Athletics and teach group fitness classes out of Wild Life Gym.

On a more personal note - I love a good sunrise or alpenglow, as well as dogs of all kinds.
