In person sessions are perfect for those looking for access to weights, education and accountability. Strength training sessions are tailored to you and your goals. I work with individuals who view their fitness journey as a continual learning experience and are committed to honing their skills. If you're someone who is performance-oriented and looking to actively train for sport, I'm here to coach you on a personalized and dynamic fitness path.
Lianne takes in-person private clients out of Wild Life Gym in Squamish.
Sessions bill at $105/hr + tax
Lianne is a registered Kinesiologist through BCAK. Check your third party insurance if it covers Kinesiology sessions. -
Group training sessions are for those who find motivation and encouragement in a collective setting. Whether you're looking for a more cost-effective option or aiming to harness the dynamic energy of friends / mountain partners, in-person group training could be the best fit for you. You do not have to be the exact same fitness level as the others, as the exercises can be scalable. However, it is best if you have similar aspirations + goals so that the session can be best tailored to the group.
Sessions bill at:
2-on-1: $65 per person / hr + tax
3-on-1: $53 per person / hr + tax

Lianne works with clients online 1-on-1 where she custom designs the program. This is a very specific, personalized program with your training plan curated on an app. You can access your plan with any smartphone or desktop. Track your weights in real time on the go and comment / talk directly to Lianne via the app.
With this, you get the accountability of a coach and a tailored custom exercise program for you. Since it is online, you also get the freedom to workout whenever & wherever. However - you need to check-in weekly with your coach, therefore adding a high level of accountability.A free phone consultation is included and mandatory prior to starting
